Dopo la versione Alfa rilasciata a Dicembre, oggi Sony ha reso disponibile per i test la versione beta della ROM ICS per i dispositivi della serie Xperia 2011. La ROM è basata sulla versione 4.0 di Ice Cream Sandwich ed aggiunge novità quali la nuova UI UXP NXT già vista nelle anteprime dell’Xperia S, i controlli del player musicali e della fotocamera sulla lockscreen, nuovi live wallpaper. Per alcune versioni sono già funzionanti la connessione dati e la radio FM mentre Wi-Fi e Bluetooth non sono ancora stati attivati come anche il “face-unlock”. Se volete provare la nuova ROM dovete essere possessori di un Xperia Arc S, di un Xperia Ray o un Xperia Neo V e seguire le istruzioni pubblicate QUI.
Sony releases new version of ICS ROM for its 2011 Xperia series
After Alpha version released in December, today Sony has made available for testing the beta version of ICS ROM for Xperia 2011 series devices. The ROM is based on version 4.0 of Ice Cream Sandwich and adds new features such as the new UI UXP NXT seen on Xperia S previews, music player and camera controls on the lockscreen, new live wallpaper. For some versions are already working data connection and FM radio while Wi-Fi and Bluetooth have not yet been activated as well as the “face-unlock”.
