Un altro segnale, dopo quanto vi abbiamo ampiamente descritto dal MWC di Barcellona, dell’offensiva lanciata ai mercati da Huawei è la notizia di quanto trapelato oggi dagli States. Il prossimo myTouch, dispositivo flagship del provider T-Mobile, lanciato nel 2009 come rivisitazione del Magic e costruito prima da HTC e poi da LG, sarà costruito proprio da Huawei. Anche questo dispositivo sarà declinato in una versione all touch ed una con tastiera QWERTY laterale. Dei due modelli, U8680 e U8730, si sa solo che saranno motorizzati Gingerbread con display WVGA 800×480. Dopo At&t, con la quale il brand cinese ha rapporti di collaborazione da un paio d’anni, sarà quindi T-Mobile il secondo provider che inserirà nel suo listino i modelli Huawei. Il nuovo myTouch dovrebbe arrivare nei negozi “magenta” alla fine della primavera.
Chinese offensive continues: next myTouch will be Huawei
Another signal, after what we have described at length from MWC in Barcelona, about the offensive launched by Huawei to markets is the news of what transpired today from the States. The next myTouch, T-Mobile flagship device, launched in 2009 as review of the Magic and built first by HTC and then by LG, will be built just by Huawei. This device too will be available as all touch device and in a version with a QWERTY keyboard. Of the two models, U8680 and U8730, we only know that will be powered by Gingerbread with WVGA 800×480. After AT&T, with which the Chinese brand has working relationships from a couple of years, T-Mobile will be the second provider to include in its list Huawei models. The new myTouch should arrive in “magenta” stores in late spring.
