Notizia di qualche minuto fa che vi riporto in tempo reale. Il tribunale di Tokyo, chiamato a decidere sulla denuncia di Apple contro Samsung per le presunte violazione dei brevetti detenuti dalla casa di Cupertino, ha stabilito che la casa coreana non è da ritenersi colpevole. Le tecnologie utilizzate per gli smartphone Galaxy e i tablet del gruppo sudcoreano, in altri termini, “non costituiscono una violazione” dei brevetti alla base di iPhone e iPad della casa fondata da Steve Jobs. Apple vs Samsung: for Tokyo court it doesn’t exist infringement
News a few minutes ago that I carry in real time. The Tokyo tribunal, called upon to rule on Apple complaint against Samsung for alleged infringement of patents held by the home of Cupertino, ruled that the Korean company can not be held guilty. The technologies used for Galaxy smartphones and for the tablets of the South Korean group, in other words, “do not constitute a violation” of patents at the base of the iPhone and iPad of the company founded by Steve Jobs.
