Evidentemente le case costruttrici di smartphones pensano che l’evoluzione dei propri modelli di punta debba passare attraverso una sorta di restyling di mezza vita che permetta, a fronte di investimenti ridotti, di allungare la vita commerciale di modelli sul mercato da poco meno di un anno. Dopo Sony con il suo annunciato Xperia SL, si fanno insistenti i rumors di un analoga operazione da parte di HTC la quale starebbe pensando ad un One X+ che, pur mantenendo le stesse caratteristiche stilistiche, vedrebbe migliorate quelle HW/SW. Per questo modello si parla, infatti, di un processore Tegra 3 da 1,6 GHz (uno dei core avrebbe clock a 1,7 GHz), di Jelly Bean e della Sense 4.5; nelle prossime settimane vedremo se il tutto corrisponde a verità.
HTC One X+, the evolution
Evidently smartphones manufactures think that the evolution of its leading models have to go through a sort of mid-life facelift which will lead, with low investment, to lengthen the shelf life of models on the market for less than a year. After Sony with its announced Xperia SL, there are insistent rumors of a similar operation by HTC which would be thinking of a One X + that, while maintaining the same style, would see improved HW/SW section. For this model they speak, in fact, about a Tegra 3 1.6 GHz quad-coreprocessor (with one of the core clocked at 1.7 GHz), Jelly Bean and Sense 4.5, in the coming weeks we will see if everything is true.
