Dopo un lungo periodo di assenza in ambito video dovuto agli innumerevoli impegni di lavoro in ospedale, eccomi di nuovo fra di voi con una videorecensione della prima versione ufficiale di Jelly Bean per il Galaxy S3 rilasciata da Samsung la scorsa settimana sul territorio polacco. Come potete vedere dallo screenshot, si tratta della versione che il nostro grande Mik ci ha presentato qualche giorno fa e che ho flashato via Odin la sera stessa; premetto subito che il mio dispositivo è quello ufficiale Vodafone (acquistato con la famosa offerta a 15€/mese) e che ho ottenuto il root flashando il kernel di Chainfire CF 6.4 solo per l’utilizzo di alcune applicazioni che lo richiedono. Come vedrete dal video le prestazioni non hanno subito clamorose rivoluzioni e, viste le caratteristiche HW, neanche me lo aspettavo; si nota un generale miglioramento della risposta del dispositivo, compreso il famoso “effetto burro”, che rende la user experience ancora più piacevole. Non ho notato bug particolari ma, qualora aveste riscontrato qualche problema, vi chiedo di segnalarlo nei commenti. Il video, come sempre, dopo il break.
Galaxy S3 with Jelly Bean 4.1.1 Poland videoreview
After a long absence from video due to my job in hospital, I’m back among you with a video review of the first official version of Jelly Bean for the Galaxy S3 released by Samsung last week in Poland. As you can see from the screenshot, this is the version that our great Mik has presented a few days ago and that I flashed via Odin the same evening; I state now that my device is the official Vodafone (purchased with the famous offer to € 15/month) and that I got the root by flashing the Chainfire CF 6.4 kernel only for the use of some applications that require it. As you will see from the video performance have not been sensationally improved and, given HW specs, not even I expected; we see a general improvement of the response of the device, including the famous “butter effect”, which makes the user experience even more enjoyable.
