La famiglia Lumia si arricchisce con i Lumia 950, 959 XL e 550. Due smartphone per la fascia alta e uno per chi vuole entrare in Windows.

La scelta di fare dei Lumia 950 top gamma e un solo fascia bassa come il 550, rimarca la nuova strategia che si concentra sul produrre in Microsoft soltanto dispositivi che diano un’identità e che siano riferimento per il mercato, lasciando il resto alle OEM.

Di questi Lumia è già stato detto e visto tutto dalle precedenti fuoriuscite in rete perciò passiamo direttamente alle caratteristiche interessanti.

I lumia 950 e 950 XL montano entrambi chip Qualcomm, sappiamo bene che l’808 si comporta molto bene, ma l’810 soffre parecchio, sarà riuscita Microsoft ad addomesticarlo?

A questo potremo rispondere solo dopo i nostri approfonditi test sui terminali, per il momento dobbiamo dire che sul palco Microsoft si è vantata non poco, riguardo il sistema di dissipazione liquido come quello dei tablet e notebook con cui sarebbero equipaggiati questi due top gamma.

L’altra caratteristica WOW di questi Lumia 950 è Continuum. Grazie ad una dock apposita è possibile utilizzare il vostro smartphone come il vostro PC su di uno schermo esterno, con tanto di tastiera e mouse. La cosa particolarmente interessante è che le applicazioni universali e tutti i calcoli, vengono gestiti e processati dallo smartphone, che comunque rimane funzionante nella sua totalità, dunque libero di ricevere o effettuare chiamate, lanciare altre applicazioni e molto altro.
