Il Pro 5 è equipaggiato con lo stesso processore della serie S6 di Samsung e sul Note 5, il performante Exynos 7420, che consente ottime prestazioni e discreta autonomia
Le dimensioni sono generose, parliamo di un 156.7 x 78 x 7.5 mm di spessore, per un peso di 168 grammi, inclusa batteria da 3050 mAh che, dai primi test, consente di arrivare a fine giornata con un uso medio.
Il display 2.5D è un super Amoled da 5.7″ Full HD con una densità di 378 ppi, sufficienti a garantire una buona definizione, il vetro è Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
